Katie Terino

Katie Terino joined the TravelMBA team in 2005. She grew up in Burlington, Vermont, where French was a required language in school due to the state's nearby border with Quebec. But in high school, Katie opted for Mexico City as an student exchange location.

Katie attended Boston University, where she studied international management and business operations. After graduation she worked for three years in the corporate world before joining the staff at Kellogg School of Management. At Kellogg, she coordinated the Global Initiatives in Management academic travel program for two years, working closely with TravelMBA. During that time, Katie traveled to European Union and to Nicaragua on Kellogg programs. Ultimately, Katie enrolled at Kellogg and completed her MBA before returning to Boston in 2004.

Following business school, Katie served as Associate Director of Marketing at Boston University School of Management for one year before signing on with TravelMBA.

Katie has a passion for computers and electronics and strives to learn the complete inner workings of her Mac. Katie is Boston-based, though she spent 6 months with her husband and two children living in London during 2007-08 and traveling around Europe.
